How to Convert Your eTraffic

Most of the time, we want people to visit us online or give us a call, but it would be even better if they actually came in and shopped around or spoke to us face to face. There is only so much that can be done without a personal touch, and it can be hard to convince people to drop in and see what else you have to offer. While this may sound like it is a difficult task to accomplish, it’s really not as bad as people make it out to be. The important thing is to give people a reason to come out instead of ordering online.

People still like to physically see something that they are going to purchase, and that’s exactly why you need to provide your address and contact information on your site. According to a survey by Marketing Land, about 55% of individuals have visited a store that they saw online because they provided the physical address online. This is a very big number and should be an eye-opener for anyone that owns an online business. By simply giving people your address, you can encourage them to come in to your location. This can be a great opportunity to speak with people about other services or products and get them excited about what you have to offer.

Being online is a necessary fact of the business world now. Those that don’t adopt to these changes will be left behind in the dust with no room to recover. Fewer and fewer people are using phone books to get their information, and not having a website means disappearing off of the grid. On the flip side, having a up-to-date website that has great offers and promotions can greatly impact a business as well. Use your reach to your advantage and have promotions and offers just for people that come in and buy their items. When you do this, you are building customer loyalty and creating a personal connection with them.

You need to have the right website to create the right message. If you have one that is too simplistic or hard to navigate, visitors will think that you don’t care about their business or your site in general. You need to let them know that you are excited about them visiting and want to do business with them. A strong webpage can make a much bigger impact than having a brand name, so make sure that you have all of the elements of a strong webpage on your side.

Don’t wait another day to convert your eTraffic. Start up your webpage and make sure that it’s up to date. Put your contact information on the site and watch the people start coming in!
